Nack Properties – Who we are

We’re Lisa and Ryan; lifelong Maine residents who live here in Southern Maine with our two adult children. When we are not working or rehabbing homes, we enjoy camping, spending time with friends and family and exploring local restaurants. As avid travelers, we have stayed in many rental homes during family vacations. We know what makes a great stay and we have put our heart and soul into creating a home away from home for you.

Lisa has worked for the same homeless shelter for 20 years and is passionate about helping those less fortunate. After more than 20 years in IT, Ryan changed gears to pursue his long-term interest in Real Estate, leading us to this unique property, which we quickly fell in love with.
Thomas Trail and Ryan’s Run have been a passion project for us and we are so thrilled to be able to share them with you. We hope you enjoy your stay and will make many great memories while you are here.

What a GORGEOUS location, and a beautiful home. Lisa and Ryan were so easy to rent from. They had thought of every detail. The home is very well appointed, from hotel quality linens, to a kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to make yourself at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. I want them to come decorate my home! They chose furniture pieces that strike the right balance between upscale and homey. My friends and I had a really lovely stay. I particularly appreciated the Welcome instructions that Lisa and Ryan emailed me beforehand, which answered all of my detail oriented questions before I even had a chance to ask them. I would definitely stay here again. It was so peaceful, and spacious, and is just a great home at a perfect spot.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in 10 years of AirBnB-ing. Extremely well set up with everything you could need, all perfectly labeled and organized. The house was modern and sparkling clean. Hosts were helpful and responsive within minutes of contacting them. THe property is walkable to Moose Pond or Pleasant Mountain, and just a short drive from Highland Lake and downtown Bridgton. We wouldn’t change a thing and hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our weekend at Thomas trail! It includes everything you need to cook meals and has both a coffee pot and a Keurig. It is beautifully decorated and has a cozy feel. There’s a great fire pit, but it rained while we were there so we didn’t use it. Bed was really comfratble. It is close to Pleasant Mountain for skiing, North Conway for shopping (25 minutes) and Fryeburg for the fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
